VETERAN'S DAY REMEMBRANCE

November 11, 2022

Please join us in a remembrance for all those who have served in any of the branches of the Armed Forces of this great country, the United States of America.  Those who have lost their lives serving their country, those who served and are now deceased, those who have retired from their military commitments, and those who are currently serving, we salute you all!  It is because of you that we experience all the freedoms we have today.  May God shower you with blessings for your sacrifice on behalf of your fellow men and women.  

MANNA BAGS

Manna Bags will be available this Sunday for distribution to those living without shelter or are in need of a gentle reminder that they are loved.  Please take several as you leave this Sunday to hand out to those who cross your path as you go through your day.  You are the hands and feet of Jesus!

MEMBERSHIP CLASS THIS SUNDAY

Pastor Nick will be conducting a Membership Class this Sunday, November 13th, following the service from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.  There will be a light lunch served and daycare will be provided. This class will discuss the benefits of membership in our church.  Discussions include:

• the mission of God in our midst,
• the mission of the Covenant denomination as a whole,
• the mission of our church specifically,
• the mission of a member.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is not a commitment to membership, but rather an informative meeting on the Evangelical Covenant Church, Grace Covenant Church and the benefits of membership.

‍WOMEN'S MINISTRY CRAFT NIGHT

GRACE'S GROCERY FOOD PANTRY

Grace's Food Pantry will be open next Thursday, November 17th, from 6 - 7:30 p.m.  If you, or anyone you might know,  is in need of supplementing their Thanksgiving meal with groceries from the pantry, please stop by that evening.

THANKSGIVING DAY POTLUCK MEAL

Would you like to join the GCC Community and share a Thanksgiving meal?  This gathering will take place from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, November 24th, in the Worship Center.  Diana Moffet is hosting this meal and will supply the turkey and gravy.  All side dishes will be supplied by those attending.  If you plan on attending, you may sign up here or on the signup sheet on the Hospitality Counter.
