CONTRIBUTION STATEMENTS

The contribution statements have been prepared and presented to you for the year-to-date giving as of October 31, 2022. You may pick up your envelope from the Hospitality Counter on Sunday.  Our goal is to have you look them over to see if there are any discrepancies and to correct those prior to the final run for the entire 2022 year.  Please contact the church offices if there are any questions or corrections that need to be discussed.  

THANKSGIVING DAY POTLUCK MEAL

Don't forget to sign up and take part in this meal from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, November 24th, in the Worship Center.  This is a great way to fellowship with others within the GCC Community.  Diana Moffet is hosting this meal and will supply the turkey and gravy.  All side dishes will be supplied by those attending.  If you plan on attending, you may sign up here or on the signup sheet on the Hospitality Counter.

MOVIE NIGHT - Instant Family showing at 6 p.m.  November 26th

Did you ever want to peek inside a family that has agreed to foster children to discover what obstacles and joys they face?  This movie will give you a version of what that might look like.  Based on a true story, it was directed by Sean Anders who himself and his wife, when they were in their 40's, began to foster 3 siblings aged 6, 3 and 1 1/2 years-old.  It's a story of the sacrifices of reconciliation and the ultimate joy it brings.  The movie will be shown in the lower level of the S. Building on Saturday, November 26th.  Please join us!

GIVING TUESDAY

We hear a lot about Giving Tuesday.  But what purpose does it really serve?  It is a way for us to remember what the Christmas season is really about.  We can step away from the commercialization of Christmas to be generous by giving a donation to our favorite non-profits or charities that will contribute to the proclamation of the Gospel locally or globally.  If you desire to contribute to your home church, we have included that opportunity on our online giving platform that can be accessed here.
