UPCOMING ANNUAL MEETING AND CHILI SUPPER

The annual business meeting of Grace Covenant will be held on February 5, 2023.  There will be a potluck meal immediately following the Sunday service.  We are asking everyone to bring their favorite chili and a side dish or a dessert.  In the past, we have had some interesting chilis including elk chili.  It should be fun! The business meeting will follow, recapping year 2022 and voting on a number of issues, including the proposed 2023 budget.  This is a very informative meeting and we hope that many of you can attend to hear and witness the great things God has been doing in our midst.  All are welcome!‍

MEN'S FRIDAY LUNCH - Friday, February 3, 2023

This week the men will meet for lunch at El Tequelino's on Florida and Kipling at 11:30 a.m.

MEN'S MINISTRY BIBLE STUDY MEETS TOMORROW

Tomorrow night, Friday, February 3rd, the Men's Ministry will meet for their Bible study from 6:30 -8:00 p.m in the lower level of the S. Building.

CARETAKER'S GROUP - Sunday, February 5

The Caretaker's Group will meet this Sunday, February 5th, from 4  - 5 p.m. in the lower level of the S. Building.  This group is comprised of those who are care-giving to a loved one, and/or those who have lost a loved one.  Some share stories of their experiences, and others offer a listening ear to those who are facing trials and/or grief.  It doesn't matter what you are experiencing, you will find love and kindness within this group.  

COMMUNION AND BENEVOLENCE SUNDAY

This Sunday, February 5th, we will celebrate Communion and there will be an opportunity to contribute to the Benevolence Fund here at Grace.  This fund assists those who experience temporary financial difficulties.  Through your generosity, many have been assisted through difficult times.    

MANNA BAGS ARE AVAILABLE THIS SUNDAY

Please stop by the Hospitality area to pick up several manna bags to pass out to those who have fallen on hard times and are homeless.  This is a great opportunity to be the feet and hands of Jesus during this extremely cold winter.    

ADULT SUNDAY CLASSES

The Sunday Adult Classes are taking a break.  The next upcoming class will be announced in the next several weeks.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY PLANNED MONTHLY ACTIVITY

Attention All Women of Grace!

The Women's Ministry will be hosting a GAL-entine's Progressive Dinner event Monday, February 13th, 6:00-8:30 P.M.  This will be a fun event for all women, ages 18 on up!

Meet in the parking lot of GCC (We'll be leaving promptly at 6:00pm, so arrive a bit early if you can)
‍We'll carpool to the three nearby homes that are hosting the three courses of the meal.

First home: Salad/appetisers; Second home: Main Course - Lasagna; Third home: dessert

Be looking for an e-vite that will be emailed to you soon where you can RSVP so that we know how much food to prepare.
