The men will be meeting at Black-Eyed Pea on 1st and Wadsworth.

MEN'S MINISTRY VIDEO REVIEW: Friday, June 16 - 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

The Men's Group will be meeting on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. starting this Friday. They will be watching selected videos with Christian content and then engage in open discussion regarding the video.

The new ministry at Edelweiss Apartments, just across the street, has been launched! Headed by Isaac and Kelly, team members are posed beneath a cross formed in the brickwork. Pray that, as they serve, each person they encounter will see Jesus in these young missionaries.

THURSDAY SUMMER FAMILY NIGHTS:

• July 13 –5-9 p.m. - Potluck Picnic at Bear Creek Lake, 15600 W. Morrison Rd.- $10 per carload, $5 for Seniors. Items to bring: Food to share, camp chairs, swim stuff, sand toys and water bottles.
• August 3 – 5-8 p.m. - Carmody Park Night, 2200 S. Kipling St. - Things to bring: Bikes, trikes, balls and a picnic dinner.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY SUMMER BOOKCLUB

Read the book of the month in your own time and then join the group for fellowship and discussion on the dates listed with the books. All Women are welcome to the fellowship discussion times, even if you haven't read the book.

Roof replacement is underway and we are so thankful to God for the hardworking team of laborers completing the job quickly and efficiently. An added "God Moment": the camera captured the image of a cross in the shadow of a worker as he carried a full bundle of shingles up the ladder!
