WOMEN'S MINISTRY FALL KICK-OFF EVENT: Saturday, September 16
Members of the Women's Ministry will be taking a hike in Meyer Ranch Park near Conifer. Meet at 8:30 a.m. at the church, if you want to carpool, or 9 a.m. at the trailhead. 10490 S Turkey Creek Rd. Morrison, CO 80465. Bring water and snacks and dogs on leashes are welcome!
PICTORIAL DIRECTORY UPDATE: Photographers will be available on Sunday, September 17, and Sunday, September 24th before and after the service if you need a new snap for the directory. We are in the countdown stage of collecting data with a completion goal of early October. Make sure that you are included!

MEN'S STUDY GROUP:

This Friday, September 15 - 6:30 p.m. This group meets on 1st & 3rd Fridays each month.

ADULT SUNDAY CLASSES are starting on Sunday, Sept. 24^th -- 8:30 a.m. weekly.

1. Useful Basics (for the Christian’s Walk) - This class is meant to enable believers to function well in their faith and to better understand church, and church life and history. The class will be held in the South Building, Room 102, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Connie Payne is the teacher.
2. Design for Discipleship -This Bible study series from NavPress has been used for Christian discipleship training for over 25 years. The series is divided into seven modules. The first on “Your Life in Christ” is 4 sessions; remaining modules are 5 sessions each. The class will be held in the South Building, lower level, central area, 8:30-9:45 a.m. Jim Payne is the teacher.

No childcare is provided; however, your children are welcome to join. There is no charge for either class, with printed materials provided as needed. We look forward to seeing you there.

LIFE GROUP FACILITATOR TRAINING: Sunday, October 1 -- 4-6 p.m.
Life Groups are a powerful way for us to be a unified community. If you are not yet in a Life Group at Grace Covenant Church now is the time to consider being a part of one. There are existing opportunities already in place but we would love to offer more Life Groups. In doing so we ask that you pray about becoming a group leader/facilitator/co-facilitator. A Life Group provides the opportunity to dig into a study and to share life together on a deeper level. There will be a training on Sunday, October 1^st from 4-6 p.m. in the South Building here at Grace. Steve and Shelley Burdick will be leading the training. There is no commitment in being there but it will allow you the chance to get information and to ask questions about all aspects of facilitating or co-facilitating a small group.  Childcare will be provided with reservations in advance. Please prayerfully consider this opportunity.

FALL COVENANT WOMEN'S RETREAT: October 28-29, Glen Eyrie, Colorado Springs (Registration is open through September 24)
We're excited to join our fellow Colorado Covenant women again this year for the annual women's retreat at Glen Eyrie Conference & Retreat Center on October 28-29. We know it is pricey, we encourage any and all of you to apply for a scholarship as cost should not be a deterrent for attending. Registration and more information can be found at: cocovenantwomen.org. There's also an option to add Friday night for $50/person (if you have 4 to a room). Let Bre, Kelcey, or Katie know if you want to go early and we can make a full weekend out of it with our Grace sisters! (See flyer below)

WHIZ KIDS TUTORING - Belmar Elementary Signups Open
Whiz Kids will be held at Belmar Elementary beginning Thursday, October 5th and every Thursday thereafter from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. "Having Fun and Changing Lives" is the organization's motto. Please consider pouring into the life of an elementary student offering scholastic tutoring, mentoring, and discipleship. There is so much opportunity in this program to see lives changed for the Lord! All information is available with the QR code below.
