WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY GROUP will not meet tomorrow, Thursday (Thanksgiving Day). They will resume next week, November 30 at 6:30 p.m.

MEN'S FRIDAY LUNCH: Friday, November 24, 11:30 a.m.
The men will be meeting at The Black-eyed Pea.

FAMILY SCRAPBOOK (PICTURE DIRECTORY) is available this Sunday.  Pick up your copy at the Hospitality Counter (one per family, please).

‍The Season of Advent begins on Sunday, December 3rd, and along with that comes a daily devotional, authored by Tom Duckworth, entitled, "The Cast of Christmas".  Pick up your copy this Sunday, November 26th. It will also be online on gcclw.org

Tom writes, "When you attend a play, there is often a program which outlines the theme of the story, and describes the characters in the play.  This Advent study is not about the cast of characters, but about the 'character' of the cast."

CHRISTMAS DECOR GOING UP IN THE WORSHIP CENTER:

November 30, 11:00 a.m.
We welcome anyone who can help the Staff decorate the Worship Center for the Christmas season. This is always a fun time to decorate the three trees and put out other various holiday decorations. We would expect to have it complete within two hours. "More hands make light work." Please consider helping with this if your schedule permits. Thank you!

GCC PARTNERING WITH OASIS DE SALVACION'S OUTREACH CHRISTMAS PARTY:

Sunday, December 3, 1-4 p.m.
Good News!  We are "sold out" for this Christmas party and we had to close registration 2 days earlier than expected.  It's going to be a memorable time in welcoming the Latino community into our midst. Volunteers are needed on that day to fill some spots in helping with set-up, tear-down, and serving food (and perhaps crowd control!). Please contact Kara Tush if you are willing to lend a hamd on that day. Text Kara - 720-589-4218 or email the church office with your availability to assist.

ANNUAL ALL-CHURCH CHRISTMAS DINNER AT GCC:

Sunday, December 10,
5 - 7:30 p.m.
That evening we will come together as the GCC Community to appreciate one another as the family of God.  Join us for a ham dinner, making gingerbread houses, or playing Bingo.  All are welcome. We ask that if you are attending, you would bring a side dish or dessert.  

VON STEIN OPEN HOUSE:

Sunday, December 17, 1 - 3:30 p.m.
Pastor Nick and Breanna will be hosting a Christmas open house at their home at 1764 S. Vancouver Court in Lakewood. Everyone is welcome to stop by, hang out, and enjoy the afternoon with the von Stein's.  

CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES:

Sunday, December 24
There will be two Christmas services the day of Christmas Eve. The two services, one at 10:00 a.m. and another at 4:00 p.m., will be identical services with candle lighting included in both. Plan on attending either service.
